What we collect

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or similar tracking on this website.

The contact form on this site is not connected to a backend. Messages you type there are not stored by us automatically. To reach us, email hello@photonapps.com. Email you send is processed by our email provider in the ordinary course of correspondence.

Chat (Crisp)

Live chat is optional. We do not load Crisp until you accept chat. If you enable it, Crisp IM (the processor) may set cookies and process your messages, device information, and IP address to operate the conversation. You can decline and still use the site. A Chat control remains available if you change your mind later (except on this page and the terms page, where chat is not offered).

Fonts and hosting

Fonts are self-hosted through next/font. They are not loaded from Google Fonts or another third-party font CDN. The site is served from our hosting provider; standard server logs (such as IP address and requested URL) may be generated as part of delivering pages and keeping the service secure.

Photon Cart

Photon Cart is in public preview and is not yet listed on the Shopify App Store. Merchant data processed inside a Shopify store is governed by Shopify's terms and, when the app is listed and installed, by a separate app privacy notice and any Data Processing Agreement we publish at that time.
