Terms of service

Last updated: 25 September 2026

These terms govern your use of photonapps.com and related marketing materials from Photon Apps, a product of Simplileap Digital LLP (Simplileap), Bengaluru, India. By using the site you agree to these terms.

The site

This website describes our company and products. Content is provided for information. We may update pages, remove pages, or correct errors without notice. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell software until you enter a separate agreement or install an app through an official listing.

Photon Cart

Photon Cart is in public preview and is not yet listed on the Shopify App Store. Features, availability, and any future pricing will be stated on this site and, when a listing exists, on the Shopify App Store. We do not claim App Store pricing, reviews, or install counts here. A free plan is planned for the public preview; we do not publish paid plan prices on this marketing site.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that harms service, or use our marks in a misleading way. Contact hello@photonapps.com for partnership or press inquiries.

Intellectual property

The Photon Apps name, Photon Cart name, logos, and site content are owned by Simplileap Digital LLP or used with permission. You may not copy them except as allowed by law or with written consent.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the marketing site is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100) or the amount you paid us for site access (if any), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
